Cold Callers

Good Morning, 

We have been made aware of cold callers operating in your area who are offering goods for sale at the door step. Please be cautious with unexpected callers, particularly anyone pressuring you to buy goods or hand over money. Never feel obliged to buy anything and if you are unsure, politely decline and shut the door (or even better do not answer the door to anyone who you do not know).

If you have any concerns about a caller or believe you have been targeted by a scam then please make us aware on 101 (or via 999 in an emergency if a crime is taking place at that time) you can also contact Report Fraud (was Action Fraud) on 0300 123 2040.
